Elite Billing provides a cloud based billing and business management service from Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
When you create an account, contact us, or use our website, we handle information about you to operate our services. When a business stores information about its customers, employees, or suppliers in its workspace, that business decides why it is entered and how it is used. The business is responsible for providing appropriate notices and having a valid reason to use that information; Elite Billing processes it to provide the service and follow the business instructions.

- Account Information: Name, email, phone, login credentials, business name and address, GSTIN, user roles, and business settings.
- Operational Data: Invoices, quotations, inventory, purchases, expenses, customer and supplier details, payment records, and notes a business chooses to store.
- Communication Data: Information in messages you send to support and service communications.
- Technical Logs: Information such as IP address, browser or device details, session activity, and security events.
Business owners control the records they put into their workspace. We use those records to provide the billing and business tools they request.

We do not sell personal information. Hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, and operational providers may process information to perform services for us. Payment checkout may be handled by Razorpay. Customer data is hosted in Bengaluru, India; contact us about a particular processing activity.

Retention and deletion
We keep records while an account is active and as needed to provide the service. Retention can depend on plan, account status, business owner instructions, and legal requirements. Some free-plan data may be removed under service retention rules. Data removed from active systems may remain for a limited time in backups or records retained for security or legal obligations.

Account owners can update some account and business details in the product. Contact us about information you cannot update.
Access and deletion requests
You may ask about information associated with your account or request correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and coordinate with the business owner for workspace records.

Where processing is based on consent, you may ask to withdraw it. This does not affect earlier processing and some features may no longer work. You may contact us with a privacy concern or complaint.
